Message Hi guys, about a month ago I posted a message about having bought a 6 disc CD-changer from UltimateZ, and it wasn't working, if anyone remembers. Then they sent me another one, and it had the exact same problem. I sent them both back for a refund.

It's been like 15 days now since I sent them back. I've spoken to Chris at UltimateZ, which is the guy who I bought it from. He has acknowledged receiving both CD-changers, and he keeps saying he will issue a refund that day (he's done it 3 times now), but it doesn't seem like he is going to. Someone here told me the same thing happened to him, and he had to get his credit card company to reverse the payment. I paid with a debit card, so I'm not sure if that is possible to do in this case.

I called today and asked to speak to a supervisor there, it turns out Chris owns the company, and the guy I talked to said "I don't know anything about it, you just have to keep pushing him". I don't know how much more pushing I can do just by calling them. It's a little over $600 we're talking about, and that is a pretty high price for a CD-changer, especially if it didn't work at all. Anyway, does anyone have any other ideas? I would appreciate any help.
